The Expert receives 80% and the Connector earns 20% of eligible fees — taken from the Expert's revenue, never added to the Client's bill.

Most combinations of service category, specialty, geographic market and delivery type are limited to one or two approved Experts. Two grant writers serving Toronto. Two website designers serving New York City. Two remote SEO specialists serving Canada.
When a category is full, qualified applicants join a private waitlist and are notified when a position opens. Waitlisted applicants are never publicly identified, and no Expert can pay to appear ahead of another.
